Although pet insurance has become costly. I actually pay more for my pets insurance than I do for myself. We have now been with Embrace for over five years and we've had great service. It's very easy to file claims and also it's easier that they can just direct deposit your refund back into your account.

Embrace is one of the reasons why I can afford to have a dog. They are kind, responsive, true pet lovers who are upfront and transparent about their pricing and reimbursements. I have referred every new pet owner I know to them, as they really take the stress out of owning a dog and ensure you can always provide the best for your furry loved ones.

The worst support I have ever…
The worst support I have ever experienced. The length it took to process a claim is unbelievable. No one seemed informed enough to tell me when reimbursement would be processed. I am not happy and have canceled the policy.

False Information Given
UPDATE (2/21/24): Spot Pet Insurance attempted to remove this review from Trustpilot since it was not 5 stars. I had to verify my account information three times in order for the review to stay (once should have been sufficient). It should be known that the reason this company has high reviews is that they remove low rating reviews!!!!! I called this company several time both prior to signing up and after to confirm coverage for my cat. I will also say that every single person I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude. They then denied my claim without any explanation. One of the symptoms my cat was seen for was preexisting but the other was treated before enrollment (which I confirmed would be covered and the customer service people lied to me). They need to provide an option to re-submit a claim for further review and provide written explanation on why claims are denied. I will be canceling my service ASAP. I am SO disappointed that I paid for a full year up front. Complete scam.
