Customer Service
I’ve been trying to contact them and accessing their website for over a week. Nothing. Keep getting bounced back to log in screen. Tried calling no answer. On face book stated they are doing updated maintence. Taking over a week? Piss poor. Can’t even answer the phone when you call? There is NO quality customer service here. Will be looking for new insurance company for my dog. Will ask my vet who they recommend.

Happy until now
I've been very satisfied with this company until now. They have been insuring my husband's service dog for 11 years. The cost suddenly shot up, they said it was due to inflation and the dog's age. He's had few problems in this time, and it seems that their rates should continue in his senior years. I can no longer afford this company.
