Reliability for an affordable price
I have used ASPCA for four of my pets so far, two dogs, and two cats, and I have found this insurance company to be very easy to work with, fair, and caring. When one of my cats, and one of my dogs passed, the agent I spoke with was super caring and compassionate. I even got sympathy cards from ASPCA staff. Bottom line, I appreciate what they do, and having affordable health insurance on my furbabies has made my life easier.

Easy Online Claim process
On line claim process is very easy. I needed to contact them to clarify a claim that was originally declined but they corrected this immediately and processed my wellness claim.

Peace of mind with Many Pets…
I’ve had so far the best experience with this insurance company. Their policy is very straightforward and clear no hidden information. My dog has been through a lot of medical conditions, and I never had to worry about paying my bills since I got covered by many pets .Their customer service representatives are always very fast to answer on point, dedicated, caring and very helpful. Beware of Embrace - Annual rate increase of 59%!
I'm sorry to say that Embrace is trying to raise my annual premium by 59%! That is some major price gouging when you consider that I have been with them for 6 years and my dog has been 100% healthy the whole time. I've typically only submitted one claim per year and always for preventative care. My dog is very low risk. It's up to all pet owners to stop companies like Embrace from doing these predator price gouging practices. We all love our pets and want to care for them as best we can. So, I am firing Embrace.
