Healthy Paws has been such a relief…
Healthy Paws has been such a relief during a really stressful time with my dog, Dani. Their system is incredibly easy to use, and they paid for a large portion of her most recent illness, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. Vet visits are already emotionally draining — having an insurance company that actually comes through and doesn’t make the process difficult makes a world of difference. Horrible!
Horrible!! I had two claims with them and it took them over a month to pay them out. Additionally, they continually asked me for the same documentation several times. When I would call to inform them that I had already sent in the medical records they would tell me that they need something else (something I had already sent in). The on hold times would sometimes be over 45 min! The way the claims were paid out doesn't make sense to me, I've worked in insurance billing for years and have an extensive knowledge in how claims are calculated and it doesn't make sense to me how they paid out my claim (shorting me over $100). All in all, bad experience and cancelling my account.

Nothing is covered
Nothing is covered. Read closely deductible is for each thing. So every time you bring him in for something different $250 starts over. If my cat lives 10 years and goes to vet 1 time a year. I pay well over 10K for insurance. Been to vet 2 times not 1 thing was covered
