Complete scam they will not pay
(Update: After my negative review posted they finally changed course and approved my claim I shouldn’t have to make negative reviews to get them to hold up their end of the deal because of this I’m keeping it at 1 star) Complete scam will not pay out a claim although all documents are submitted. The shelter signed me up when I adopted my dog. When it came time to file a claim they denied it because they said they require a health screening of the pet prior to coverage although this is never stated anywhere all that is stated is you have to wait a buffer period. Well the shelter vet did do a health screening prior to adoption and gave me the records in the adoption files so I uploaded those to them and they still refuse to pay even though all the required documents have been filed.
