Wonderful, easy and straightforward!
Spot is very easy to use when it comes to accessing your pets information and submitting the claims. Everything is straight forward and I really enjoy how accessible it is to call and someone picks up almost immediately.

I recommend SPOT to anyone who has pets
I only have one pet that it's hard to know if what he goes in for is reimbursable. Any other pet has just went swimmingly and the piece of mind of knowing I don't have to pick and choose what care my pet gets has been such a relief. The turn around time has always been excellent. I have already recommended SPOT to anyone who has pets.

Shift App Faulty
The sign up and purchasing of insurance was easy enough, I only rate 3 out of 5 stars because the Sonnet Shift app is faulty and annoying. The app takes time to "wake up" and record your driving, which leads to misleading scores and information about your driving. For example, my smooth driving score is frequently scored lower because the app takes a second to register I'm driving from a complete stop; I've been recorded to start driving at 28km/h so it docks score thinking I launched off my stop. Overall my issue with the insurance is the app, otherwise customer service is great, the help I've gotten is great and I'm happy with it so far.
