100% recommend. Super easy to submit a claim and the money goes directly to my bank account. I used to be a vet tech and my greatest advice to anybody is insurance, insurance, insurance and don’t wait!! I’ve had Pets Best for about 3 years with my first dog and adopted a puppy back in December who I immediately added to our plan. Within 2months of having her she needed to go to the ER for urinary issues. Thank god she was covered. Every few months she’s had to go for labs and I genuinely don’t know what I’d do without Pets Best. Unfortunately, the vet just confirmed at her 1 year old appt she has kidney dysplasia. It’s not the diagnosis we wanted but I don’t have to worry about providing her with the best treatments/life because her insurance through Pets Best is so great. Thank you Pets Best!!

Claim was ok, on time, but a short question…Two weeks 3 emails and no answer from insurance, bad experience so far. After Trustpilot kind intervention, they contact us and provide all information and we are good now. From 1 to 4 stars! Thanks
