Considering other insurance now
I usually appreciate the promptness in reimbursement, but this last time came with issues. For whatever reason, a paper check was issued instead of the usual Zelle method. It was impossible to contact customer service over the phone and an email attempt resulted in a similar dead end. Not sure what I’m paying for now.

I've had other pet insurance before and filing claims was always a hassle. I had my receipts and uploaded on the app which took less than 5 minutes. A decision was made a few days later and my check arrived the following week. Had I opted for direct deposit, it would have been faster. End to end such an easy process."
