Unbelievable service
I decided to take pet insurance on my 2 month old Biton. I researched several companies and decided on Fetch Insurance. My dog developed a virus fom eating feces fom a skunk or raccoon in our yard. It would have been fatal if not had the best vet care. Thanks to Fetch, they provided the funds needed to get our baby healthy again. I would never hesitate in recommending Fetch to anyone with a dog or cat. I am grateful for their professional service regarding my claim in the timely fashion it was handled.

Submitting a claim is incredibly easy
They make submitting a claim incredibly easy, with a clear explanation of anything not covered. Website and app are easy to navigate. They cover much more than any other insurance I have seen. Premiums are fair, and while they do increase over time, they are reasonable.

Horrible
Honestly , this company is so full of garbage and horrible customer service. I keep following up on my claims and get the same answers. I just canceled one of my policies and will be canceling the other one. DON'T buy pet insurance with this company

Slight changes (modifications) needed.
After using the online chat, and being able to reach a live customer service representative, I was able to have all my questions answered. Email communication with a particular CSR went unanswered and left me quite confused as to which policy she was discussing. I reached out (replied to her email) with no reply to my inquiry and no clarification to which of my policies she was talking about. Sonnet clients who are in "good standing" should be allotted a slight grace period (after explaining a financial hardship or situation) to extend their payment date, with a slight penalty for the consideration. Unfortunately, due to the lack of cooperation of the company, one of my policies had to be cancelled and I was left with an outstanding balance that has now gone to collections. Very unfortunate and now I have to deal with a collection agency. (balance was paid off as of this review)
