I spoke with Lauren Morton today on February 8, 2024. I initially was calling in to cancel my insurance with Fetch due to a price increase, and was shopping around and looking at comparable options. However, after speaking to Lauren and speaking to her about Fetch's comprehensive plans and learning more about what the policies covered, I realized that I was never utilizing the insurance I already had to its fullest benefit. With Lauren's help, I was able to add additional coverage, while also trying to reduce cost and add another new pet family member. Lauren's compassion toward animals shined through on the phone and I appreciated her patience with me as I asked a multitude of questions.
