DO NOT GO WITH TRUPANION
Would not recommend you go with Turpanion - a True-Companion they are not. Complete waste of money. Falsely identified a "pre existing condition" with our dog and continued to deny our claims for allergies, even after our veterinarian appealed and explained how incorrect their assessment was and that there really was no pre existing condition for our dog.

It was easy to submit a claim along with whatever documentation I had and needed to upload. Customer service communicated their actions to me about reaching out to my vet’s office for supporting documents. I received an email once the claim was processed with the amount I’m supposed to be reimbursed. The whole process was easy and seamless

Provide needed documentation, and you will be reimbursed
Our puppy unfortunately had emergency surgery six weeks after she came to us. The vet recommended spaying her at the same time, which she did. Our pup had received meds and other services. Fetch Pet was prompt in reimbursement for items that met the criteria. Our vet, and I provided all the needed documentation, and the payment was seamless.;
