Too costly few benefits
I am paying over $100. A month on pet insurance. For her recent lab I was charged $78. I was reimbursed $25. For her recent surgery to be chipped and spayed, along with flu shot and other necessary treatment I was charged over $900. And I’m going to be reimbursed $175. I am better off saving my money than paying for pet insurance

DO NOT GO WITH TRUPANION
Would not recommend you go with Turpanion - a True-Companion they are not. Complete waste of money. Falsely identified a "pre existing condition" with our dog and continued to deny our claims for allergies, even after our veterinarian appealed and explained how incorrect their assessment was and that there really was no pre existing condition for our dog.

Easy and Seamless
It was easy to submit a claim along with whatever documentation I had and needed to upload. Customer service communicated their actions to me about reaching out to my vet’s office for supporting documents. I received an email once the claim was processed with the amount I’m supposed to be reimbursed. The whole process was easy and seamless
