Major surgery experience
We had to take one of our puppies to the vet hospital for emergency surgery for a herniated disk. Lots of vet bills, surgery bills, etc. for the initial scan, MRI and surgery, post op visit, etc. Embrace was great getting everything processed and paid promptly. I was very pleased with speed and responsiveness, a marked increase from a couple of years ago

Excellent Value with Multiple Options for Levels of Coverage
Excellent value with deductibles and co-pays that YOU determine at the time of enrollment. I've had this insurance for over two years now, and while the payments under my "wellness" policy rarely cover the charges of New York City vets, I have always appreciated their detailed, comprehensive explanations of benefits. Filing a claim is extremely simple, basically requiring an email of the vet bill and proof of payment. These are immediately acknowledged, and although at the beginning the claims processing was longer than I would have expected, my more recent claims have been handled much faster. Once approved, payments are made by direct deposit. I've never had any surprises, never felt that my policy was less than accurately described, never been disappointed with the company's service. I will continue to rely upon Pet's Best for the duration of my 2 year old rescue's (hopefully) healthy life.
