Great Pet Insurance
I have insurance for both of my pets and Embrace isn't the first company I've used. Submitting a claim is easy, they pay what they should. My 2 year old cat is sick and no one ever expects to deal with that. Having reliable insurance has made the experience so much easier. Now I can worry about her, instead of the money.

No bang for the buck
I’ll write my review with numbers: $150 a month for 5 years = $9,000 $750 claim w/ only a $227 reimbursement $341 / month new premium after claim as punishment for using the policy. It would be so much smarter to take that $150 (or $341) and put it in a HYSA to prepare for an emergency. Then if nothing happens to your pet, you have over $9k in your bank account. Don’t use this company.

Your website is easy to navigate. When I spoke to a rep about the delay in response, after my vet had sent information in on 9/10, they said there was a pre-existing dietary condition. First time I've ever heard of it! I've been with embrace for years.

So far spot pet has been a lovely.
So far spot pet has been a lovely experience. I'm glad I decided to get pet insurance with my dog Beaver as vet visits are getting increasingly expensive. While I'm hopeful I'll only need to make claims for basic care, I'm glad I have coverage if any emergencies pop out of the blue.
