Getcha a perfect policy for your perfect pet!
I've had a Metlife pet insurance policy since my puppa joined the family a little over a year ago and it's been an absolute pleasure. Customer service is top notch and claim reimbursements easy as pie! Do yourself a favor, at the very least, make an inquiry and see if if it works just as well for you.

Our new Golden Retriever puppy was…
Our new Golden Retriever puppy was delivered from our breeder in Missouri to our home in Arizona (a 19 hour drive). Not surprisingly, the trauma of a long drive, new home and a new diet resulted in diarrhea after 11 days. On day 13 we took him to our vet. While we were well aware of the 14 day, pre-existing condition clause, I never believed that normal diarrhea from a new pup would trigger that clause. Apparently it did. What that means is if my dog develops diarrhea again over the next 180 days, Spot will consider it a pre-existing condition. This is absurd. I canceled my insurance and suggest anyone with a pup to be extremely careful.

I worked with Joshua regarding a Pet Insurance policy. He was very personable, professional, and informative. He answered my question and provided detailed information I requested. After working with Joshua, I felt confident that I made the right decision in purchasing my policy.

So disappointed
I have been a customer of theirs for 10 years. My policy premiums increased for over $700 this year (even though I had no claims for the last 8 years). I feel like they are trying to make money by ripping off customers and taking advantage of the love we have for our fur babies. So disappointed. Don’t waste your money.
