Well, I am not pleased with how Trupanion determined my recent claim. A phone call to me or to Have A heart Animal Hospital could have saved frustration and time. Since the diagnosis was not included when the invoice was sent a call should have been in order, But I feel that Trupanion decided on Murphy's without doing it properly. Claims could be quicker.
Previously I received good service with a good turn around of my claims, however, with the most recent claims it is taking quite some time for their approval. Unfortunately this is an end of life situation and frankly I am running out of credit to continue with his care. This is extremely frustrating for me.
