Worthless Product - Do NOT waste your money on PetsBest
My dog accidentally severely injured his leg while at the dog park. He was shrieking in pain and completely unable to walk. I felt confident that I could afford to seek the care he desperately needed with my Accidental Injury Policy from PetsBest. I was WRONG. PetsBest refused to pay the claim. Under the policy they promised to cover costs related to accidental injuries. They did no such thing. They covered nothing related to the accidental injury. I am left with a vet bill that I cannot afford and unable to pay my rent because I foolishly believed that if I paid for this insurance, PetsBest would honor its obligations under the policy. I can't think of a worse waste of money than the payments I have been making to PetsBest.
why do I have to do this?…
I have to leave a reveiw to get my claim submitted? Oh boy

I have been a customer for over 10…
I have been a customer for over 10 years with my three Newfoundland dogs. They are always so easy to work with, submit claims and reimbursement is mailed out immediately. I would never consider switching companies.

Embrace Pet Insurance Fail…
I'm a person that would usually laugh at the thought of purchasing pet insurance. When I decided that I was getting pups, I was warned-BIG DOGS CREATE BIG VET BILLS! So before they came home, I had decided on what company and plan they would be on. They passed all of the tests and were good to go right away. I was told how the premiums didn't go up a ton with #embracepetinsurance, much like the other companies. So, my family members would be well covered at a good premium with no worries of not being able to keep them covered. Cool. For the last 2 1/2 years we have had #embracepetinsurance. I've raved about it. They pay fast and do what they say they will. Well, they DID... Last year we really didn't have a premium increase. Well guess who is laughing now? Now that my pups have had a rough year. Have been injured. Won't be able to get decent insurance. Yep. Its #embracepetinsurance. Today we received an email for our renewal that will raise our monthly premium over $86.When I called the company, they let me know that the State of WA seems to have a premium increase larger than most because the cost of going to the vet has went up.They can help me with the price if I want to raise my deductible to $1000 per dog and remove any drug coverage outside of the office. Sir, are Yall part of Medicare or Medicaid? It reminded me of my parents trying to get coverage each year after busting their humps for years. What happened to thank you for staying with us for the last couple years? I told him that I was asked to pick the plan that worked for me on day one. I chose it because it works for my family. I have kept it because it works for my family. Of course, if I lessen the coverage, it will be cheaper....Thanks for that I guess you get the last laugh. Well played #embracepetinsurance..

Problems I encountered see explanation above.
I have problems understanding what’s covered under wellness- I thought that all vaccines are covered & that each vaccine have its own covered price. I have to keep reloading my puppies medical records-even though I explained that my puppies were imported from the Philippines and I attached all documents especially the CDC approval. I don’t understand when one of my puppies got injured and had a bill of $405.11- I know that $300.00 was used for my deductible but what happened to $105.11 coz I was reimbursed only $24.09. I also have a hard time opening the details of claims- actually I can’t open anything even the documents I sent.
