Agents need to be professional and above all truthful. My experience with Stacy S was extremely disappointing. This is the first time I questioned whether I should keep ManyPets as an insurance company.

Long processing time
Every time I submit a claim, it takes more than a month to get approved every time it says they need to get full medical records from the vet. Firstly, the vet never has any indication that Pets Best ever reached out to them, and 2nd, I submit the medical records every time there is a claim, so they should have one of the most up to date, I don't see why full medical records have to be submitted every time. It's a bit of a pain.
