I've had Embrace for 5 years and when I've needed the insurance coverage they were fast to process my claim and deliver cash into my bank account. Customer Service is very professional and compassionate.

Very Understanding and Sympathetic
We had to euthanize our 13 year old Brittany so I had to call Embrace to cancel her insurance. Ash was very helpful and understanding as he walked me through this painful experience. Embrace has been great covering my Brittany's medications and frequent doctor visits in the last year. I plan on keeping my insurance on my other 2 dogs with them and if we decide to get another, we will without a doubt insurance it with Embrace.

Is kennel cough really a preexisting condition
Up until this point Embrace has been great. My dog got kennel cough from daycare and the claim was denied because back in December, before we adopted her and before the policy took effect, she was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection. They are claiming the Kennel Cough is a preexisting condition because it “could have been kennel cough” back in December. It’s maddening that I’m even in this boat given that … wait for it … KENNEL COUGH IS NOT A PREEXISTING CONDITION!!!! UPDATE: Sometimes it’s better to not reply to your patrons. Citing the policy and getting defensive is not a good look. Instead perhaps look at options you can provide your customers to potentially avoid situations like mine. Just a thought!
