They were compassionate when I told them our precious pup, Casey, didn't make it. After she stopped eating, we tried everything we could to save her but she died five days later. The vet expenses were high but Manypets reimbursed us as promised and did it in a matter of days. We were so grateful we had their insurance. They stand behind their promises.

My cat and I are so grateful!
My 8years old Tabby cat was really a healthy cat , suddenly refusing to eat badly . The Via Verde animal hospital with skilled vets and developed technology helped him and after one day he was healthy. But high prices for medications and x rays and tests.Being happy for his health ASPCA insurance helped me a lot in paying expensive health and the procedure was so smooth. I am so grateful .

pre-existing - not likely
I have this insurance for my puppy and older lab and 2 cats. I bought it because my puppy has GI issues. Now they are saying her issues are pre-existing. That's bull and won't cover her script food. She just turned 5 mo old yesterday. How can a puppy have pre-existing. No problem taking my money seriously looking into other insurance companies at this time to switch. Not happy at this time

Claim process
ASPCA was very due diligent on getting my claims in as fast as possible. After my deductible was met, I got paid very quickly with direct deposit. My dog had 5 claims in due to a dog attack on her. As this was a very upsetting experience. The insurance made things much easier.
Big rate increase
I originally left a 5 star review because of good customer service, ease of use and quick reimbursement. Going into my 3rd year with the insurance and one of my cats had surgery. Again , quick reimbursement and no issues . However , I just received a renewal notice with a $30 increase ( which is a 75% increase, crazy!!) and a canned answer on to why ( rate changed because of increase vet costs , location, age and will never increase because of pet’s claim history ). There is no way vet costs or being one year older should warrant such high increase! Even with changing deductible or reimbursement percentage , the insurance becomes worthless and way too expenses . I am very disappointed by the large rate increase after being a loyal customer with two cats for so long
