Beagle with bronchitis.
Our beagle developed bronchitis and she needed x-rays, blood work, and medication. I submitted my first invoice and Embrace applied the entire amount to my deductible, which I then met, and reimbursed me for my percentage of the remaining invoice. The process was quick and painless and I found Embrace to be very fair.

Terrible
Terrible. My dog just had a terrible accident that required TPLO surgery but they are denying based on “pre existing conditions” that don’t exist. They also don’t make appeal information available. I’m usually very reasonable but this is fraud. Responding to the response below - why would I waste my time? ASPCA you have my number. I'm available if you are going to rectify the situation. thanks.

I had a wonderful experience with Laura Dinh she was so helpful. She led me through everything that I needed to do. I was considering dropping Fetch insurance because I haven’t had that same experience with someone else, but this girl was wonderful. Simply Amazing!!
I cannot believe I waited so long to look into pet insurance and I am so glad I have chosen Lemonade. My claim was reviewed so fast and payouts for claims are also super fast. Everything with the policy is easy to understand and if there is something that you don't understand, Lemonade is so wonderful in helping answer questions.
