Pet insurance premium increase
I was disappointed that the insurance premium increased over 25% for 2023 over 2022. I wasn't aware of an introductory premium. Now that 2023 is over and am reviewing my expenses, this insurance may not make the cut. It was one of the greatest increase areas I had for the year in a year of inflation. I am left with no other option but to search for an alternative plan.

The process was fast and easy. Maia had bladder surgery, spot covered 80% of the bill after the $250 deductible. I’m very pleased with spot. Someone always answers the phone with answers. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. So glad we have spot insurance for my dog.
