I had a 5k surgery done. Although initially there was resistance to cover it fully, but an appeal helped me get full coverage for my cat’s surgery. Their claim process is quick and thorough. I’m glad I purchased Embrace insurance.

I love embrace but…….
I love embrace but this claim was the first injury claim I’ve ever submitted, and it took a longgggggggg time to process! And it also was stuck in the step of checking history ? Well didnt you already do that? It was super frustrating to me! Also when then send you explanation of benefits PLEASE give us LAMENT terms WTH Im already frustrated with waiting 3.5 weeks to be reimbursed now I don’t want to be guessing on if his 6000 surgery will be covered? And spend more time on hold then 3-4weeks more to get reimbursed for that

My cat experienced a serious liver ailment. She had to be hospitalized for several days. I submitted the claim to Embrace and they settled it quickly. They kept me informed as to the progress all along the way. They copied me on emails they sent my vet, which I really appreciated. When I called them, they were friendly and helpful. Jacked up home insurance by over $120
Jacked up home insurance by over $120! Never had a claim. What people say about them being difficult to contact is absolutely true they are. They're definitely not the cheapest. Find yourself an insurance broker and they can prove that to you. Oh and they just sent me a letter saying they were doubling my 2 deductibles from $1000 to $2000 on the home insurance I never had a claim on! They are so concerned (as you can see in their note below) but didn't call or email me.
