Do NOT waste your money on this company! They are not offering pet insurance and will inadvertently raise your rates exponentially at their whim! I agreed to the terms of $180.78 per month which is high for pet insurance then they raised my rate to $248.41 without my consent or my approval. That would be $248.41 X 12 = $2980.92 PER YEAR! Yes that is correct $2980.92 PER YEAR! This is NOT insurance of any kind, this is a pre-pay program in the event your pet needs veterinary care which could take years for your pet to need any care and by that time you would had paid for that service 2 to 3 times more. And here's the big KICKER: My deductible was $750.00, WOW! This company has been ripping folks off for a LONG time and calling themselves an insurance company. Can you imagine not signing off of your home, car or auto insurance increases and having those companies hiding behind the fine print???? This company has no integrity and has little to no business acumen. They are simply put just another rip off company!!!!

Reliable Coverage, Fast Reimbursement
We enrolled Sandi in Healthy Paws Pet Insurance when she was 10 months old. Since her enrollment, she suffered a leg injury, a lost toe nail, infected throat, and a bladder problem. Reimbursement for the first claim took a day or two longer given the need to review her medical file to rule out pre-existing conditions. After the initial claim, the remaining reimbursements arrived within a day or two of filing the claim. I am so impressed with the service we received from Healthy Paws. Acknowledgement of claims and receipts were immediate, and reimbursements were fast. They even followed up to see how Sandi was doing after her treatments. I highly recommend Healthy Paws for anyone seeking pet insurance.

Was told they cover everything except wellness, preventive and vaccines.......after signing up and having claims for sick kitten with diarrhea, they said they don't cover exams (even for illness), rechecks or followups.......big difference between sales pitch and actual coverage!! Cancelled!!!!

You have a deductible just like any…
You have a deductible just like any other insurance. (Which is understandable) Plus, they charge you 10% (coinsuranse?)of the amount you are claiming, so they end up paying you about a quarter of every claim. It takes them forever to process a claim that they will reimburse, but it only takes them days to deny a claim. A friend told me it was the best insurance for pets. I can’t imagine what the worst insurance would be.
