They are pretty good
They are pretty good. The reason I took off a star was because I didn't get an email about my renewal and the price went up by atleast 15 dollars.

Nationwide Dropped Coverage for my Senior Dog
I have been a Nationwide pet insurance customer for 6 years and overall had a good experience with claims and reimbursements, even through my dog being diagnosed with a heart condition. That changed this fall when I received a letter stating I needed to update my payment information by a certain deadline, which I did. However, when I logged on to submit a claim recently, my policy had expired. After speaking with Nationwide's customer service team, they admitted that although I provided updated payment information on time, their system failed to take the payment automatically. I was never informed that I needed to call them to run the payment or that my policy had expired. I asked for my policy to be reinstated since I did everything I was asked, but neither Octavia with customer service nor Ken the sales agent was willing to re-enroll me at the previous rate I have been paying faithfully for years. Needless to say, I am beyond frustrated that Nationwide has dropped me and I am left with no coverage for my beloved senior dog.

Healthy Paws os
I am so glad I selected Healthy Paws as my pet insurance provider, The coverage and customer service are amazing. My dog recently had surgery and the claims process was so easy. Filing claims took less than two minutes to complete. And the payment of the claim was turned around within a couple of days. I highly recommend Healthy Paws to anyone looking for pet health insurance.

PetsBest does NOT listen
PetsBest has done this again and again. They again declined to reimburse a diagnostic test that was used to diagnose an illness, simply assuming that it was preventive care/wellness test. I made it very clear in my notes when submitting the claim, however, they simply ignored it again. This leads to re-review and/or appeal of the claim. PetsBest does not listen to my feedback. While overall I am somehow satisfied with this insurance company, this part has been frustrating.

Concerned Customer !!!!!
I have had Embrace Pet Insurance for Zoe her entire life span until her death last year. I rescued Mason and immediately added him to the policy when we adopted him.Embrace was great with Zoe and coverage was great overall with few question ask after receiving the vet’s explanation sheets. Mason, on the other hand has been disappointing at the least, also adding another stress when you are dealing with fur babies that mean so much. We had our vet do an orthopedic work up, overall check with labs when vaccinations were done and Mason was a healthy fur baby enjoying life. Mason passed all the tests you required at the time of enrollment and this should be on file at Embrace. Our first visit with Mason when he started having symptoms ,we were told was his heart. He started treatment by the local vet in Beebe until we could see Dr. LaVerge at Pinnacle / Westrock clinic which is his establish vet ( two hours in driving distant). As treatment progressed his diagnosis changed. Please see his vet explanation for these visits and diagnosis. Treatment was started after diagnosis and Mason has again been the healthy fur baby we love until a limp started a few weeks ago. It was diagnosis as a muscle pull. Mason was given appropriate care and recovered in 24 hours. We were denied any and all reimbursements for his diagnosis of heart problems and all vet explanations we sent in were denied for his new diagnosis stating it was per existing. Our vet volunteered to send in an explanation disputing Embrace’s decision. We now find ourselves being denied for Mason’s muscle pull visit from a few weeks ago. This weekend we had to take Mason back for the muscle condition again. I am requesting a call from a representative for Embrace. I do not understand the Embrace I have enjoyed doing business with for years and years has become the Embrace I have dealt with the last year and am dealing with presently. What happened? I have referred several acquaintances to Embrace and I do hope they are not having issues. Again, I would like to hear from a representative in the administrative department. Thank you in advance for your help in this matter.
