Better than my own health insurance!
I've had two claims in the last couple of years and both were handled quickly and easily. No hoops to jump through, no waiting weeks for approval and reimbursement. Hands down, the one monthly bill I don't mind paying every month! When my youngest dog needed emergency surgery, I had such peace of mind knowing that cost would not factor in any decision I had to make. Luckily, he came through like a champ and I've been singing praises of ManyPets to everyone I know!

Easy to use Pet Insurance
Quick & painless to using FIGO despite dealing with it being mostly AI/ automated. Having the app is useful. When directly dealing with an employee, they have always been polite & try their best. Some issues do need fixing up in the app - but it’s not a big thing (just really bothers my OCD). Been using it for a few years now.

Great Company!
I have been a customer with healthy paws for many years now and I couldn’t be happier with the company. They are very kind and caring whenever I have lost a pet or have had a pet need surgery. I love that they reach out and check on me and my pets to see how they are doing. They have also been very quick about getting my claims taken care of and when I have had to call customer service they have always been very friendly. I’m so glad to be with a company who cares.
