I am somewhat satisfied with Pets Best. I dont like the fact that they raise my premium every year a lot! Which may force me to cancel.

"We rescued our dog Veronica in 2022 and she was diagnosed with lymphoma in 2026. We wanted to try and save her and with Pet's Best's help we were able to afford the treatment necessary to save her. She is having her last treatment in a few days and the doctors say she is in remission. We are grateful to Pet's Best for their involvement. Thank you!!"
Quick and easy reimbursement
I am very happy with the ease of getting reimbursed for my claims.
Disregard what the policy states.
Paxton has accident insurance through ASPCA and was running on November 29th 2025 when I witnessed him in an accident. I took him to vet and confirmed a partial ccl tear. I got an estimate for surgery advised from ASPCA for a quicker payment. They denied his claim. The reason was: They claimed it was considered a disease other than injury. ASPCA since his claim has changed policy to read as all ccl issues are under a disease. But what they are not understanding is his policy during injury was covered in 2025 the policy hadn't changed til 2026. Now the appeal was denied. There's nobody to talk to just keep fighting, meanwhile he still has an injury. They keep referring to his issue as a disease when his policy at that time falls under an accident. So tell me this is fair? Id love someone to talk to about this situation that has some knowledge.

I had an excellent experience with Pets Best Insurance. I recently submitted a reimbursement claim for my dog, Shamus, for his allergy medication, and the process was incredibly easy. My claim was reviewed and paid much faster than I expected, making the entire experience stress-free. unplanned ER visit
We had an emergency after our dog ingested a foreign object. We got her treatment on a Friday afternoon and uploaded the documents from the ER that day. By Monday our claim was being reviewed, by Wednesday morning we had a response outlining the decision and payment for coverage that was on it's way to our bank. After the copays and deductible, all of which we knew about ahead of time as being part of the plan we chose, we were very happy with the coverage reimbursement and the speed in which it was done. Thank you!

They like to deny clams
Bought the wellness plan also had to fight to get reimbursed on her getting fixed, and now was denied my claim on her boosters and final rabies shots, and already raised my monthly premium a year in👎👎👎👎👎
