Very easy claim and refund
I took my kittie to the vet and found out he had asthma. I spent approx 1,300 on everything. Tests, medicine, and the visit itself. I got about 1,080 refunded and that was an absolute blessing. They gave back 90% and subtracted $100 which was my deductible. It was very easy and very quick.

Very impressed with MetLife Pet Insurance! We initially found them through the rescue we adopted our pups from, as the adoption included a complimentary month of coverage. After that experience, we decided to enroll both of our dogs—and we’re so glad we did. MetLife has been consistently quick to respond, and their app makes submitting claims incredibly simple. Each claim is reviewed promptly, and the Explanation of Benefits is always clear and thorough. When a claim is approved, reimbursement is fast, with payments directly deposited into our account without hassle. Any time we’ve had questions, their customer service team has been easy to reach and extremely helpful. Every representative we’ve spoken with has addressed our concerns efficiently and professionally. Overall, they’ve exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommend!

Exceptionally quick payment!
Our 20 month old rescue required emergency surgery on a holiday in Canada. When all was said and done the final bill was almost $11,000.00! Furkin paid out promptly and turned what could have been a catastrophe into a something more manageable. I have never had insurance prior to this and I am so glad I did this time.
