Great customer service
Great customer service, however the prices for the premiums continue to climb and I will soon have to cancel due to major policy increases. It’s unfortunate and I wish I could stay but it’s not feasible any longer for the multiple pets I insure.

Embrace did not cover all the claims I submitted for my pet Peanut who is now dead. She was diagnosed with a tumor that ruptured in her ear. I submitted a precertification for a catscan procedure for them to find out how bad was the tumor. This procedure was also denied by Embrace.
