The Folks at Pumpkin Pet insurance are very fast to reply and are extremely communitive. I love the feature where you can see what your insurance will cover for an estimate so you can best prepare to make that surgery come true. I love their timely replies and the work they do to keep members like me informed and prepared.

I appreciate how personal the team at SPOT really is. When I had to say goodbye to my soul dog, they didnt just send a letter. They called. And to me, thats huge. Because the voicemail that was left, sounded like it came from a best friend. It was sincere and showed me that they actually care. I may have cried through the whole thing but only because it really touched my heart. Just like Kiara has to so many people. Thanks guys. I recommend you all the time!

So far our frenchie has not had any issues (who knew) so we really haven't experienced any large claims. Just standard stuff that they have honored. It has been easy to submit claims and payments are automatic.

They have been fair and responisve. I had one claim and they reimbursed me a fair part and the teeth cleaning I had done for Odie had a 150 dollar allowance for Teeth cleaning when I added the Platinum rider. SO yeah. Spot pet insurance is legit and they are a great company to deal with. I hope I will never need them for major diseases/illnesses but if I do, I am glad I chose this company! Thanks, Brian and Odie.
