Havenât had a pay out yet (higher deductible). Customer service people very helpful. Filing paperwork digitally was easy. Not impressed with the price increase after only one year of coverage (and one dog born 03/31/21).

really disappointed with the insurance.
really disappointed with the insurance. I'm paying every month and you refuse to cover my cat's emergency visit which is not due to a pre-existing condition. I am going to appeal the decision, and will furthermore report to the CA department of consumer insurance.

Because it takes too long to get the invoice into you we sent them electronically but there was a problem and it took all morning on the computer trying to find out how to do and it still didn't work
