Great experience during a very stressful time.
Made three calls to customer service during the latest claim process. Before talking business, the customer service folks always asked how my pet was doing and offered sympathy on her deteriorating health. They were also knowledgable and polite. I filed 2 claims this year, both were processed quickly without a lot of hassle.

Customer service was great!
I spoke to Lance in Customer Service as I had to cancel a policy for a friend who is blind and has trouble on the phone. He was absolutely fantastic and so helpful and kind. What a wonderful person to speak with! Then I spoke with Eric as I needed another policy for myself and he was also helpful.
