so far so good
I waited a year before reviewing. We have made 3 claims on our2 yo female lab mix~all due to orthopedic injury and surgery. Process to submit claim was easy~we completed through the app. I am not techy, but found it simple enough to upload records for the claim. Our claims were all processed and paid w/i 2 weeks. I did have to call customer service on one claim to clarify if more documentation was needed to process. They were friendly and helpful.

Many Pets has been very easy to work…
Many Pets has been very easy to work with, offering a comprehensive policy that is not found with most companies. They also offer helpful suggestions to improve your pet's health and wellness through periodic emails. I recommend them to my friends and anyone looking for a reasonable pet insurance to help keep your pet healthy and also deal with the unforseen issues.

I filed a claim for my 7 month old…
I filed a claim for my 7 month old kitten at the time and all I got was the run around, they said I didn't submits all of the records, what was submitted is all that the Vet had, and sent to them three times. They kept telling me they wrote in their notes to reopen the claim for three months now and nothing. So I cancelled the policy, and will look elsewhere with a new under writer. What a waste of time and money. It gives ASPCA a bad name.

The claim process was simplified with not a whole lot of questions. The reimbursement payment was extremely quick. Was the best claim experience I have seen ever! Don’t change anything about the claim process, but only continue getting better! Thanks.

They Jacked Up My Home Insurance Year…
They Jacked Up My Home Insurance Year after Year when I have never had a claim then they Canceled My Insurance leaving Me High and Dry with No Coverage just before My Mortgage was up for Renewal. Since I didn’t renew My Insurance right away their AI Algorithm equated that as a Non-Payment and now they will Not Reinstate My Policy. When an Insurance Company Screws Over Customers in that way then it makes it Harder to get a Good Rate or any coverage at all with another company. Stay away from these AI Internet operated Insurance Companies such as Sonnet as they will Ruin your Life. Also, all of the 5 Star Reviews on these Rating Sites are Fake and made up by Sonnet themselves.
