We were so thankful to have the insurance when our dog had her first seizure and then later on diagnosed with epilepsy. Piece of mind in the middle of everything else!
Things got complicated after spaying Charlie, and we had our first scare with her. Knowing that we had insurance was peace of mind in the middle of everything else! It took a few days, but our claim was approved and we got the reimbursement as expected. While we hope not to need it again, we are so glad we got SPOT since day one! 🐶

Embrace used to be responsive but not so much any more.
I have had Embrace Pet Insurance for 12 years. I’ve been happy with the insurance itself. However, previously it was easy to call with questions or issues about claims. But lately I’ve been on hold for several times for 15 minutes and then it goes to “call failed”. Earlier this month I sent email request to return my call but I never got a call. It doesn’t matter what time of day I call. I am not happy with this.
