The agent I spoke with was the most arrogant and rude person i’ve ever spoke to. He won’t let me speak or ask questions the entirety of our phone call unless i talk over him. I went into report this to Sonnet immediately that i would like a different agent to deal with. I just renewed a policy with them yesterday but i don’t plan on staying with them anymore. I don’t the broker as well because I was given a cheaper offer on the website and he increased my premium to $50 more which was weird. Before the increase, he was giving me a quote which would have been a $70 difference and when I kept saying I received an email from Sonnet, he does not believe or acknowledge the fact I received the email. Definitely trying to scam me to get a higher premium. Would not recommend speaking to their insurance agents. If the website tells you the new renewal price, just lock it in. Don’t let an agent charge you a higher premium.

Open Enrollment no communication
Open Enrollment no communication I did open enrollment through my employer, but did not receive any confirmation from Nationwide, and neither did my employer. I signed up again, at which point I realized I had two pet insurance policies and Nationwide just doesn't send any sort of communication that an application has been received-to employee or employer.

I’ve had ASPCA Pet Health Insurance for my Cat for over seven years, and overall my experience has been positive. The coverage helped significantly with emergency vet bills, and the claim submission process online was fairly simple. Reimbursements were not instant, but I usually received payment within a couple of weeks. What I like most is the broad coverage options, especially for accidents and illnesses. It gave me peace of mind knowing I wouldn’t have to make financial decisions during an emergency. Overall, I’d rate ASPCA Pet Health Insurance 4 out of 5 stars. It’s a solid option for pet owners looking for reliable protection, especially if you enroll your pet while they’re still young and healthy.

Spot Pet insurance is very easy to use, they pay your claims quickly and without questions. I had a different company before them and Spot has been much easier to deal with for payments and reimbursements, not to mention a cheaper price along with a discount for multiple pets.
