Long wait for claims to be paid
When I submitted an itemized invoice from the vet, they requested medical records going back several months. When I provided all the medical records, after waiting more than 30 days, they sent me a letter stating that they needed more time to review the claim.

We got a quick help from Pets plus Us company when our dog got sick and needed expensive tests and medicine, we sent a claim and less than a week after we got an amount that 50% covered our huge expenses. Save your money. Fetch has collected premiums for my two dogs for almost two years and every time we file a claim they request more and more information and never get to the point of paying out a claim. I was sold the policies saying a physical exam was all that was needed for the dogs to be insured but we ultimately had provided all medical records going back to their first exams. They continued to say they don't have the documents they need so I ultimately had to cancel. Kicking myself for paying premiums as long as I did. The idea of pet insurance sounds great but find a company that actually insures your dogs rather than one that just collects premiums.

WARNING: Rate increases $300 annually
Same basic pet insurance increased approx $300 per year over last 3 years and it looks like they are planning another rate increase for my next billing cycle. My dog is only 3.5 years old with no health problems. Warning: please be cautious about this company trying to sell at a low rate and increasing annual payments at their discretion.
