Refund/claims
They have been quick about refund wellness credits however are being more difficult about getting claims resolved and reimbursed. Have submitted multiple claims and continue to say forms are not legible. They are very clear and legible.

I've been with Sonnet since August…
I've been with Sonnet since August 2022. They increased my home policy by $9103.00 this year. I have no claims. They had a company increase of 23%, 13% over the province increase. They changed my replacement cost from $300,000 to 1.1 million. I can not make any changes to the policy because there is a "company hold" because of what is happening where I live. The pricing is generated by the computer and they have no control.

Terrible. Over month since I filed a claim and it still isn't processed. Customer service just gives the same generic apology via e-mail every week.
