I'm new to Pumpkin
I'm new to Pumpkin. My dog, Floyd, became insured as of 7/13/204. When I was trying to make up my mind who would be my dog's insurer and also which plan was best for my dog, I was greeted warmly by a representative named Sarah. Sarah explained the various options. In addition, she offered a follow up call by a mutually agreeable date to help in case I should decide to use Pumpkin. I was called on the day we agreed upon and quite frankly I was pleasantly surprised that she called. Because of her caring, I decided to use Pumpkin as my dog's insurer. Thank you Sarah!

My first payment took way too long to process. And I find my rates expensive vis-à-vis other insurance. And that’s with a corporate discount. Having said that; they did end up covering everything. So that was good.

Horrible service and what company in insurance services does not have any call centre representatives on a Saturday? Very disappointing. Escalated an issue and they have yet to even review it! Needed proof of coverage for my daughter at university and would not do it!
