I really appreciate the fetch pet insurance. It is definitely worth investing in. I've only filed two claims (so far) since I became a fetch pet insurance client recently. Updates on claims were given frequently and in a timely manner. My reimbursements were received quickly, within just a few days or so of filing a claim. It definitely helps save me money on my pet's needs. I'm very glad that I decided to get insurance for my pet, because pet Care is just as important as human care. ❤️🥰

Clear and informative
First of all finding insurance for your pet is a full time job. So many companies to choose from, but finding the one right for your unique pet and situation takes time. I have to say that Katherine with Embrace was very helpful in giving me information that I needed in order to make the correct choice. She was clear in the information and made no false promises. It was refreshing to just receive the facts and no fluff to make me choose right then. I felt if I needed more time it wasn't a problem.

It was easy to speak with a representative when I needed help with my claim. My phone app and the online form on my laptop had different features and I misread the process. They were compassionate and professional. Dealing with a sick feline is stressful enough and this company has helped alleviate some of the financial burden.
