Don’t cover what they say they will

Said they covered spay, submitted spay claim wrote it off as not covered and getting ahold of appeal is not easy. Prepaid for a year and now I’m regretting getting this. I should have gone with a different more user friendly and available company.

After approving my injury claim from a…

After approving my injury claim from a March 2022 to accident, I'm still treating for my injuries when I am in a severe accident at fault of the other driver but due to sonnets double payment in September policy effective cancellations on October 8th seems to be a yearly routine with this company from my experience and this year instead of allowing me to rectify my bill as I had the year prior as late as the 18th of November this year they sent my bill to collections on the 6th of November making sure that they were able to deny my claim from an accident that occurred on October 23rd they're now claiming that I didn't pay them the extra payment meanwhile it was a double billed payment so they didn't take the original amount that they were supposed to they took two times that amount all in one therefore NSF in my payment thus they can say I didn't pay meanwhile this was their billing error and this is the second year they've done this to me but this time it is more imperative and absolutely financially devastating and causing me intermountable issues financially and through my life as well they canceled my treating appointments that I still had booked just so they could deny my coverage so they took away my current policy approval treatments and then said oh yeah by the way no you're not going to have any more treatments for this you're denied didn't pay for my car either so due to sonnet billing error due to their fiscal period ending I've come to the conclusion of due to it ending September 30th and them doing this repeatedly year after year at the same exact date my research has come to the fiscal period being the reason nonetheless this should not be affecting customers billing they should definitely not be grounds to cancel when they didn't take the original amount expected to be taken and then try to build a second payment like a normal and Company would or notify you of the double payment prior to it being taken out like a normal company would any reputable company anyways so yeah my 7600 vehicle totaled no one's paid for it injuries almost died that day severe head-on collision totaled my vehicle absolute obliterated none of my injuries are paid for traumatic brain injury they don't care

We're satisfied with our Embrace coverage. It seems a bit high in cost and claims can be a bit cumbersome.
