This company is trying to send my information to collections because I canceled with 24hours of getting the policy Called and spoke to a very Rude person that told me tough luck if I canceled a few hours earlier I would get my money back. Stay away

Extremely disappointed in the insurance…
Extremely disappointed in the insurance as well as the claims department. I will no longer be recommending Embrace pet insurance to anyone. They will find anything they can to not pay you out for a claim, they even stated an ear infection (otitis) is the same as skin infection (dermatitis) which clearly are TWO different inflammatory issues.

Embrace has always been quick and fair in their response to claims. Also I’ve called the customer service lines when I have questions and they are always friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend! Definitely worth it!

Improving but
Embrace insurance has greatly improved in their process but lacks in their quality checks. At least 70% of the time, I have to call them about paperwork that has already been provided to them but sits in an unmonitored vacuum. Filing claims with Embrace is better but still frustrating.
