Absolutely horrendous customer support

Absolutely horrendous customer support. They recently denied two claims I filed after my two dogs required emergency vet visits, and they said ‘anything done by a vet isn’t covered.’ Where else would I take my dogs? What other medical expenses would I incur OUTSIDE of a veterinary clinic? I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone, anyone at customer service to explain to me exactly what is covered and why I’m paying over $200 a month for 3 dogs if emergency care isn’t covered. But nobody is responding via email or phone. I’m going to cancel my policy immediately. If you’re considering healthy paws, I would very much recommend looking elsewhere.

What a horrible design

So everyone knows that sonnet has this short termination penalty well mine is only $390 and that isn't bad I paid worse with ama however my issue lies with the fact my policy was canceled on the 4th of April 2024 and they still took out a months payment. If this is not resolved soon then that's my early termination fee and we're done.

my billing issue…

Was able to get my billing issue resolved. The customer representative Lisa was quick and very helpful. I was very pleased with the whole experience and normally when I am having to deal with a customer service group I end up feeling bad for having to ask for help or upset because they have blamed me for whatever the issue was, But not with these guys. I felt better after the chat then going into it. Lisa was absolutely amazing from start to finish

No one bothered me the entire process

No one bothered me the entire process, and the process for requesting a quote is easy and clear. I completed the forms a while ago, and my information was retained, which saved me a bit of time. Explanations of payments were clear and easy to find. It explained when things were included or not and flagged situations where I should double-check. I appreciated the patient, customer-oriented tone from the agents who called me to confirm everything went smoothly; they flagged that my payment wasn't processed to make sure my insurance was properly purchased and in effect. I really like the dashboard to access everything all in one place!

No Sense of customer loyalty

They will decided randomly if they want your business or not. Notified me they would not renew me. For that I can't recommend them. I was a customer since they arrived on the scene several years ago. They slowly got worse and worse. Find a local broker!
