Great Insurance but Software is below par
Embrace has been fantastic in their coverage of our 2 Golden Doodles and our newest member of the clan, a 4 month old Tortoise Shell kitten. My only criticism of Embrace is their Web Site. The software seems to hang up and not submit the claim at times. Perhaps a software upgrade would be a great idea?

Great insurance
I am grateful for having pet insurance for my pets. Really helps ease my worry about getting care for my pets whenever needed because I know they have insurance. Their return sometimes takes a few more days depending on what is submitted but it always comes back with an explanation of benefits that I appreciate. Definitely recommend this insurance to family and friends.

Healthy Paws was incredible!
Healthy Paws was incredible in helping with Ally's treatment. I was hesitant in opting for TTA surgery after trying several conservative steps (rest, NSAIDs, and a brace) but ultimately it was necessary. Healthy Paws covered a huge portion of the surgery and checked in to make sure Ally was doing well. I can't say enough great things about their support!

The coverage is great, but claim order and customer service need work.
I love the coverage, and generally I love having met life however the way claims are completed, the order in which things are done, and the absolute monstrosity I ran into a month or so ago when attempting to rectify an issue that happened on MetLife’s end from how it was explained to me, was extremely frustrating and if it continues I will consider another company.
