Too long to get reimbursed
In my opinion, wait for 2 or more weeks to get reimbursed is too much. My dog is with a very bad condition and I hope I can get back my 70% as contract. Every month my payment is there, on time. I wish I could have the same from them.

My French Bulldog was bitten by a baby rattlesnake. The claim process was extremely easy to navigate and the claim was processed by Spot quickly for reimbursement. I would highly recommend Spot pet insurance to all pet owners!!
