Love the fact that I can submit my pet's vet bill through the online app. Outstanding service by Pets Best! Fast turnaround from receiving to processing a claim and with direct deposit it is much quicker than waiting for a live check to be mailed. We got a new puppy and put her on our Embrace pet policy, which we also have on our other dog. she had an incident with vomiting at the beginning of the policy, and they put an exclusion on her policy, which I disputed, and Embrace was very good at looking at the situation much closer and removing that exclusion. We have had our other dogs on policy for three years and have had absolutely no problem. They are very prompt with our submissions and when we call, we always get a very knowledgeable and professional person. I would highly recommend Embrace pet insurance.

We had a fantastic experience with Healthy Paws!
We had a fantastic experience with Healthy Paws. Piggy became suddenly paralyzed and needed emergency spinal surgery. This was very stressful and expensive. We submitted our invoice from the hospital and were reimbursed within 2-3 days. Healthy Paws helped turn a horrible incident into a less stressful one with their quick processing time. We would definitely recommend them!!
