This is the first time I use my Embrace pet insurance. The process was incredibly easy. I just uploaded the receipt from the veterinary office. Embrace Insurance took it from there, contacted the vet for the notes, and I got a quick response from Embrace pet insurance about what they covered. And they sent me a check
