Healthy Paws for the win!
When our three-year-old healthy cat suddenly had a major medical emergency, we didn’t think twice about getting her the care she needed. We quickly wracked up about $7,500 in vet bills, seeing a specialist and doing multiple tests. We had never submitted an insurance claim for a pet before, and we were nervous. Thank goodness we chose Healthy Paws to cover her when she was still a kitten! They reimbursed us for everything we expected, given the plan we chose. I can’t thank Healthy Paws enough for how easy they made the process and how quickly they processed our claims! It was a relief to know we wouldn’t have to shoulder the financial burden alone, and we were able to focus on helping our kitty recover. Thankfully, she is doing much better now and we are grateful to have our family member back to her sweet, playful self.

DECEPTIVE
They cancelled my policy that I had for 12 years because it will be "not available in my state" How convenient! Now they offered me a new one, basically THE SAME COVERAGE, but triple the price! The new one will cover specialty food. When I sent the first claim, they told me they wont cover it because it was a "pre existing condition" Even when my dog was insured with them with NO GAP. The most deceptive company I've ever seen.

We are new to the Fetch Family
I had the pleasure of talking with Amanda Mellow on the phone. We were looking to change our carrier for Rascal. The company we are currently using was no longer meeting our needs. My cat had a mass in her back leg and I was able to submit that claim through the healthy Paws website. Submitting the claim was very fast and easy to follow. My claim was completed in less than 4 business days and it covered 80% of the bill.

Very happy I chose ManyPets
Extremely quick and easy to submit a claim. I have unfortunately needed to submit a couple since enrolling 2 years ago. Claims are paid fairly and they guide you through providing what you need if your claim documents are lacking.
