What’s the point of having pet insurance when my puppy has issues and you can’t even fully cover it due to its not covered when I have full accident and wellness insurance for him. I think when one has it no matter how many times I go to the vet it should be always covered and not a One time payment it’s a waste of having pet insurance

This company is a big waste of time and money. I don’t know which one I will go to or if I will just put money aside for my pets and use that as I would insurance. Trust me if you just want to give a company money with nothing in return you have found your company. Zero customer service and I’m thankful I didn’t wait for a very large bill and expect reimbursement. Save yourself some headache and look elsewhere.

CCL Surgery and PT Coverage!
Our baby needed to have CCL surgery and Embrace covered 90% of the over $5k costs, and her aftercare physical therapy.
