WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER, AND THAT IS SAYING SOMETHING
EXTREMELY DISHONEST COMPANY So far I am not impressed. I'm not sure who is writing reviews on line for them - all I have done is pay premiums and when I submitted my dog's wellness & vaccines this week it went into "being reviewed" status. Others say they pay same day, but that is not my experience. I am still waiting. I will update this if they ever pay (and obviously will be canceling the insurance & trying to figure out where to report them in my State if I don't hear back in a timely fashion). 2/5/24: Crickets. Still waiting. Not sure why these folks with cats are getting immediate payment. That has not been my experience in getting wellness covered for my dog. 2/7/24 - I will be turning this over to my husband, who is a corporate attorney. These jerks are not going to pay the claim unless forced. They haven't even looked at it. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND OTHER COVERAGE.WOR

I was in the military and unfortunately…
I was in the military and unfortunately exposed to traumatic experiences these experiences followed me to civilian life. A few years after the military I was in need of a small dog I could have as a companion for severe stress, I finally got a small dog and she was an absolute joy, I named her faith. Recently, She got very sick and and the stress was immense however, I was able to give her the medical care she needed, I had Embrace pet insurance so far she has over 10K in veterinary costs and Embrace paid their share right away, all I did was open the app submit the invoice and a few days later my money was in my bank. I don’t know what I would have done without Embrace insurance, the financial strain would have been unbearable, However this insurance enabled me to get the care she needed and not worry about the financial part, what a relief. If you own a pet do yourself a favor, get this insurance and save yourself a lot of heartache.

Monthly rate doubled for NO reason
I had spot for a year never used them once.. I paid for the highest plan I could get my 4 year old American Staffordshire. It was $85 a month. Looked at my bank statement today and see they’re charging me $138 now? My plan almost doubled for NO reason. The company is obviously not doing well if they need to stick it to the customers like this. I wouldn’t use this company.. Better ones out there? Their response, they want to clarify why they doubled my rate when I’ve never even filed a claim all year? How bout let me clarify, your price gouging. Stick your insurance. I’ll find another company

Helps with affording medication and care

Very polite and helpful
Very polite and helpful, but was disappointed that i was told that microchipping was covered, only to find out after I had it done that it was not part of the wellness package, but part of the illness/injury insurance. That would have been ok, but i had it done within the 14-day waiting period. Had i been told to wait on the microchip, I would have. Now I’m not of pocket for the expense of getting it done and none of the cost goes against my deductible. She said she will get back to me after talking with a supervisor. Hopefully I can get some compensation.

Dewclaws removal
My cat injured his dewclaws on his foot. He was very very sick. Because it was of the way it was injured a specialist was needed to remove the injured dewclaws. Without Fetch I would have had to take out a loan to pay for it but, thanks to them it was affordable.

We have used Embrace for a few years
We have used Embrace for a few years, just in case one of our 2 cats got injured or sick. Unfortunately, one of them did get sick about 2 weeks ago. My wife took her for an emergency vet visit, and an hour later left with meds and a $800 vet bill. Yikes. I submitted the bill with Embrace online using the App. In less than one day I had a response that almost $500 was covered under my policy. Less than a week later, the check arrived in the mail. I have recommended Embrace to my friends and family that have pets, and would recommend to anyone who cares about the well being of their furry family friends!
