Poor Customer Service
The payment process was a mess, Fetch pet charged me twice and did not share the Policy Confirmation, I had to call them and made me wait more than 30 minutes, I used the chat and finally I got someone that helped me reviewing it, however she told me they never received the first payment!! Will have to dispute the first charge they made. I really hope this is the only bad experience I have with them.

After losing two dogs a rep who I spoke with showed compassion and went above and beyond to support me during a difficult time. His care in following up with me every step of the way during my claim process and the companies respect truly made a bad situation easier.

This is a hard one for me
This is a hard one for me. They eventually paid the claim, but getting there was very difficult. It was extremely frustrating just trying to get a representative on the phone. When I did, I was transferred multiple times and then the person I spoke with didn't even have ALL the records that I had provided in front of them. I appreciate them paying the claim. I do not appreciate what I had to go through to get there.
